I stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's prime location just a short walk from the tube station, making it easy to explore London. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, which added to the experience. the room was on the small side, and I wish the TV had been functional during my stay.

Staying in room #302 for 6 nights offered a decent experience. The double and twin beds were fine for resting, although a bit soft. WiFi was nearly non-functional in the room, causing significant inconvenience, but the staff promptly replaced a faulty kettle and offered to move us due to the connectivity issue. The location was ideal, close to various attractions, and the food, particularly the croissants, was enjoyable.
