comfortable stay with minor issues
The reception staff provided exceptional service during my stay, always welcoming and helpful. The single room I booked met my needs perfectly, allowing for a good night's sleep despite lumpy pillows.
The shower was positioned awkwardly, which made it a bit less convenient.

Couple looking for convenience will appreciate this
The location was great, just a short walk from the tube station which made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I needed a late check-out.
It wasn’t cheap but still decent for the value.

The place is right around the corner from Earl's Court tube station, making it super easy to zip around town. A solid selection of eateries nearby means you're never short on options for grub.
Room sizes are tight, and navigating with luggage can be a bit of a hassle, especially when the elevator only goes partway to the 4th floor. The bathroom in my room lacked proper drainage, which was annoying, and the heating crowed my quarters before gradually warming up. Pillows had some unsightly stains, and it isn’t the most soundproof place, letting in good amounts of noise from the street and surrounding rooms. it's a basic setup that feels more cramped than cozy.

Location close to Earl's Court metro makes it easy to navigate the city. Spacious family room offers garden access, which is a nice touch for some outdoor breathing space.
The steps at the front can be a bit of a hassle for those with luggage—might want to keep an eye on them if you’re carrying a lot. Noise from the nearby tube could disrupt light sleepers, and the decor feels a bit dated. The TV remote was unresponsive, likely needing new batteries, and there’s no breakfast available, which could be a downside for early risers.

The food scene around here is a knockout—Masala Zone had me going back for more of their vibrant dishes. Plus, the friendly staff were a breath of fresh air! I booked a Standard Single Room and it was perfect for my needs. Honestly, I felt right at home.
Only had a shampoo satchel in the room and no soap—bit cheeky, right? Still, for my one night, it worked out fine, just keep that in mind if you're a towel hoarder.

Super close to Earl's Court tube station. Wi-Fi in the room barely worked. Clean bathroom with good pressure in the shower. Rooms are really small but offered complimentary coffee.

The hotel suited our needs well during our 3-night stay while visiting the nearby museums. The location was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore the area. We also appreciated the daily towel changes, which was a nice touch for a short stay. the room could have been cleaner, as the remote control and some glasses were sticky.

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The room suited our needs perfectly, offering cozy beds and clean amenities. The staff were friendly, though service could feel overwhelmed at peak times. For tech-savvy travelers, be prepared for spotty WiFi. Enjoy nearby cafes for delightful breakfasts, just a short walk away!

Staying in room #302 for 6 nights offered a decent experience. The double and twin beds were fine for resting, although a bit soft. WiFi was nearly non-functional in the room, causing significant inconvenience, but the staff promptly replaced a faulty kettle and offered to move us due to the connectivity issue. The location was ideal, close to various attractions, and the food, particularly the croissants, was enjoyable.
